Windley H. Walden

Attorney Windley H. Walden is a 1995 graduate of the University of Virginia.  Ms. Walden graduated in 1998 from the College of William and Mary School of Law as a member of the Order of the Barristers.  During law school, she was named the 1997 National Trial Team Champion and served as the President of the National Trial Team from 1997-1998.  Also during law school, Ms. Walden clerked for The Honorable E. Everett Bagnell of the 5th Circuit Court of Virginia.  She was admitted to the Virginia State Bar on October 9, 1998 and began her legal career as a federal law clerk for the Honorable J. Calvitt Clarke, Jr., in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia from 1998-1999.  After clerking, Ms. Walden began practicing law in Norfolk as a litigation associate before joining the predecessor of this firm in 2002. 

Ms. Walden is a member of local, state, and federal bar associations as well as numerous community organizations.  She focuses her practice on civil and criminal appellate issues.
