William K. Barlow

Virginia native William K. Barlow began practicing law in his home town of Smithfield immediately upon admittance to the Bar in 1965.  When not practicing law with Riddick Babineau, PC, Mr. Barlow can be found engaged in some form of public service.  He has been a member of the Virginia House of Delegates since 1991, representing all or parts of the counties of Isle of Wight, Surry, Southampton, and James City, and the cities of Williamsburg and Franklin.

In addition to his tenure in the legislature, Mr. Barlow's service to the community and country spans four decades and includes serving as an intelligence officer in the United States Air Force.  He has also remained devoted to his alma mater, Virginia Tech, where he serves as President of the university's alumni association and has been recognized with the Alumni Distinguished Service Award.

Mr. Barlow maintains a broad legal practice with an emphasis on estate administration, drafting wills and trusts, real estate transactions, civil litigation, and traffic matters.
